I'm Paige
I've been fascinated by energy and spirituality ever since I was a teenager. I've also always had a strong desire to help women heal.
The first 25 years of my life were full of trauma, abuse, self-doubt, disconnect from myself and my body. It was hard to re-find myself, to heal, to take control again or feel like it was even possible for me.
That fascination and my experience in this lifetime led me to becoming a Reiki Practitioner. Now, I spend my days helping women release what no longer serves them and find peace.
And that is truly a beautiful way to spend my days.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is an intuitive and energetic practice, using Life Force Energy to work through the 7 Chakra Points in the body where energy flows and can get stuck or clogged.
My hands will float over your Chakra Points, allowing messages and energy to flow. I'm also able to remove any blockages that are ready, remove energy that is not yours and more.
There can be moments where I'll intuitively feel touch is needed, I will always ask consent at the start of your session if you're comfortable with this.
At the end of your session, you'll receive a note sheet to keep with all that came up during your session. And any recommendations that may help with the releasing from the session.
After your session, you may feel tired or even energised. Reiki is a truly unique experience at every session.
What happens at a Reiki Healing Session?
At your session, we will talk as I setup my table and do a cleanse with sage spray. There will be headphones and an eye mask to help ease you into a relaxing mindset (optional).
Over the next 60-90minutes, I'll move my hands slowly over your body. Letting messages come through and removing blockages that are ready to let go.
At the end, you'll receive a note sheet that details what came up during each chakra point and any advice that has come through from your Spirit Guides.
How long do reiki sessions last?
SeduXion's Reiki Healings are 60-90minutes. We slowly work through the Chakra Points, removing blockages and any stagnant energy. Allowing messages to flow from your Spirit Guides.
We recommend a calm, relaxing afternoon after your session to allow for self-care.
How do I know if I'm ready for Reiki?
Energy often speaks to us through our intuition, thoughts and feelings. If you're feeling drawn to energy work or curious, it's a sign that your energy is open.
There's never a right time. If anything comes up during your healing that says otherwise, I will always let you know.
