If you've found your way to SeduXion Healing, I don't believe it's by accident.

For many years, I lived in survival mode. I knew what it felt like to feel disconnected from my body, constantly carrying stress, fear and the weight of experiences that weren't mine to carry.



My healing journey wasn't quick or easy; it was years of therapy, facing trauma, learning new ways to regulate my nervous system, and slowly rediscovering who I really was beneath everything I'd survived.

Healing asked me to make some incredibly difficult decisions, but every one of them brought me closer to my true self.

One of the biggest was moving from New South Wales to Western Australia, leaving behind everything I'd ever known. I felt a shift happening inside me long before I understood what it meant.

Then something unexpected happened...

I won a Soul Blueprint reading, and one word echoed louder than anything else:

Sovereignty.

Within 48 hours, my previous Reiki teacher reached out and offered me both my Level 1 and Level 2 Reiki training.

I couldn't ignore the divine timing.

During my Reiki training, I experienced profound energetic shifts that deepened the healing work I'd already been doing. Reiki wasn't the beginning of my healing journey but it became the beautiful final piece that helped me reconnect with my body, my intuition and my authentic self.

Today, that is the space I hold for other women.

Because I know what it's like to lose yourself.

I also know what it's like to find yourself again.

I believe women have spent generations being told who they should be. To stay quiet. To shrink themselves. To disconnect from their bodies. To earn love by meeting everyone else's expectations and needs.

I don't believe healing is about becoming someone new.

I believe it's about remembering who you've always been underneath the survival.

My role isn't to "fix" you.

It's to hold a safe, nurturing space where your nervous system can soften, your body can exhale, and your own healing wisdom has room to be heard.

When you walk into a session with me, there is no pressure, no expectations and no judgement.

You don't have to perform.

You don't have to explain everything.

You don't have to have it all together.

You simply get to be.
